Awards

Lakeridge Citizens for Clean Water is a recipient of the 2013 Environmental Achievement Awards in Durham Region. The award, known as the Jessica Markland Award, recognizes the cooperative efforts of those who strive to enhance the environment by building partnerships with public, community and private interests.

We thank Councillor Larry Corrigan and the Township of Scugog for their thoughtful nomination and Josh Garfinkel of Earthroots for the Letter of Support.

LCCW is also the recipient of the 2011 Mayor’s Honour Roll Award.
